the circular convex plate with raised central boss decorated with radiating flutes, incised with the emblem of the Eirene arsenal, five plaques attached with lengths of mail, attached to a frame

Condition

Pitting and patination associated with age, some replacement mail rivets, minor chipping and corrosion to top outer plate at the right corner, as viewed.
