of domed circular form with engraved and pierced openwork decoration with a central calligraphic medallion encircled by four bosses surrounded by cusped calligraphic cartouches with pendant palmettes and applied gold borders, four loops to reverse

overall good condition, the hook to attach to the wall has been replaced, on the reverse some of the metal is coming loose, as viewed
