Description

the flexible double-edged rapier-like blade gripped by an elongated forte, the hilt chiselled and decorated with foliate designs in gold overlay, the gauntlet with two raised eyes and steel grip secured by rosette pins to the sides 

Condition

Patination to blade due to age, minor chips to blade towards the flattened tip, some losses to gold overlay in patches on hilt, as viewed.
