of circular form with hinged fastening secured by a screw with ruby terminals and modelled in the form of two confronting parrots, decorated with garlands of red, green, white and blue enamels interspersed with birds and overlaid with floral tendrils set with diamonds and emeralds

traces of a break and loss of enamelling with associated repair to one of the shanks, the other with loss and rubbing to enamelling particularly to areas of red, as viewed
