Description

of cylindrical form with a splayed base, the faceted shaft with alternating solid and incised chevron bands filled with scrolling split-palmettes, the neck and foot with a calligraphic band enclosed by scrolling floral and foliate borders

overall very good condition, slight fading to gilding, abrasions to the top of the candlestick, as viewed
