Description

of rounded form with convex sides and thick vertical rim, incised and silver-inlaid with small roundels enclosing courtly figures and animals on a foliate scroll ground, narrow bands of keyfret, strapwork and scrolling vine above, the underside with an arcade of pendant palmettes, the interior with central star by concentric bands of fish

slight pitting and patination, some rubbing to the silver inlay, overall good condition, as viewed,
