Condition

The plates are as follows: Verrà la morte e avrà i tuoi occhi, 1962 Paesaggio (sheep), 1970 Paesaggio 10, 1974 (oversized) Paesaggio #24 (Luglio), 1975 Paesaggio #25, 1975 Paesaggio 12, 1978 (oversized) Paesaggio #489, 1978 These photographs, on double-weight paper with a slight surface sheen, are all in generally excellent condition. Most have some wear and negligible, tiny emulsion loss at the edges, and lightly bumped and creased corners. In addition, in raking light, some slight silvering is visible in the dark areas, as well as some negligible creasing and indentations. Specific condition issues are as follows: 'Verrà la morte e avrà i tuoi occhi,' 1962 - In addition to the above-mentioned general issues, there are two 1/2-inch tape remains at the top edge of the print on the reverse. Paesaggio #24 (Luglio), 1975 - This print is titled 'Luglio' by the photographer in ink on the reverse. Paesaggio #25, 1975 - When examined in raking light, there is a 3-inch crease in the upper left quadrant. This does not break the emulsion, and it appears that it may have occurred during processing.
