In good condition. Installation instructions: hang two eye hooks on the wall 46 in. apart. Eye hook on the left should be 8.5 in. above the eye hook on the right. Hang the work from the eye hooks using two bungee cords (eye hooks and bungee cords included). Top edge of the work should be level.
