1 | adidas Superstar ‘50th Anniversary’ Gold

Designed by Chris Severn, the adidas Superstar debuted in 1970 as a performance shoe. Worn on the court by Kareem Abdul Jabar, the style is considered the first ever signature basketball shoe. The adidas Superstar quickly became a staple for everyday wear thanks to its versatility and distinctive shell-toe silhouette. The adidas Superstar remains a favorite among artists, designers, musicians and athletes. To celebrate the iconic adidas shoe’s 50th anniversary, adidas released these ultra-rare metallic gold adidas Superstar shoes. Gold uppers are accented with the brand’s signature three stripes in black nubuck leather; paying homage to New York, where the adidas Superstar gained much of its popularity, ‘New York’ is branded on the heel in gold. Only 50 pairs of these adidas Superstar shoes exist, each numbered in gold embroidery on the interior.

2 | Nike J Balvin Air Jordan 1 High Retro OG ‘Colores y Vibras’

This vividly hued edition of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG was created in collaboration with the “Prince of Reggaeton”, J Balvin. The vibrant Nike Air Jordan 1s feature bright tie-dye panels and zig-zag edges. Technicolor uppers are juxtaposed with pastel pink exposed-foam tongue and soles. Black collars, laces and iconic Nike Air Jordan 1 Wings add a graphic punch. Unique removable Velcro patches of a basketball, Jumpman and J Balvin’s signature yellow smiley face finish the look. The J Balvin Air Jordan 1 marks the historic first collab between a Latinx musical artist and Jordan Brand, making these rare Nike sneakers even more collectible.

3 | Nike Sacai Blazer Low Orange

Nike and the infamous Japanese luxury fashion brand Sacai have been creating covetable collab shoes since 2015. Nike and Sacai teamed up once again on this Nike Sacai Blazer Low release from 2021. The unique Nike Sacai shoes are a must for any fashion-forward sneaker collection. Staying true to the distinctive Sacai Nike aesthetic, designer Chitose Abe reimagines the classic Nike Blazer by doubling up on the details. Layered accents include stacked orange and yellow oversize Swooshes, double exposed foam tongues and lace guards, orange and white double lacing and a stacked heel. Taking cues from OG Nike Blazer colorways, the bold accents on this Sacai Nike stand out against a neutral base of white leather and textured rubber to create a striking look.

4 | adidas Pharrell Williams x NMD Human Race Trail ‘Inspiration Pack’ ‘Clear Sky’

Beginning in 2014, Pharrell Williams and adidas teamed up to create the adidas NMD, short for ‘Nomad’. The evolving line of casual adidas sneakers celebrates the nomadic lineage of the human race, combining time-honored design concepts with new technology. One of four colorways from the adidas Pharrell Williams “Inspiration Pack,” this adidas NMD from 2018 features a sky blue Primeknit upper with yellow laces and outsole, accented by a black lacing cage. The adidas NMD knit upper features black embroidered Kanji lettering reading “Empower” and “Inspire,” while multicolored dots on the collar complement the African-inspired colorway.

5 | Nike Air Force 1 High STASH ‘1 Night Only’

In 2003, famed graffiti artist Josh ‘Stash’ Franklin collaborated with Nike to create what is considered to be among the most significant AF1 designs of the sneakerhead era. A remix of the OG Air Force 1, only 231 of these Nike Air Force 1 Highs were produced. The shoe dropped to ‘friends and family’ in 2006 for Nike’s One Night Only event, which celebrated the Bruce Kilgore-designed AF1’s 25th anniversary. The colors on this STASH Nike Air Force 1 High differ slightly from the original, but the sought-after signature reflective spray can nozzle pattern wrapping the toe and heel is unmistakable. Neutral mesh side panels, suede Swooshes,‘1 Night Only’ branding on the heel tab and a translucent outsole make these Nike Air Force 1 high top shoes truly distinctive.

6 | Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Pollen

This Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG looks to the classics for inspiration. The Air Jordan design pays tribute to the original Nike Air Jordan 1 from 1985, one of the most iconic sneakers in the history of basketball and streetwear. The Peter Moore Jordan 1 design, worn on and off the court by Michael Jordan, was instrumental in launching Nike’s Air Jordan brand. Featuring a bold yellow and black colorway, the Air Jordan 1 Pollen also takes cues from another 1985 release, the OG Air Jordan 1 ‘Iowa’ Dunk from the Be True to Your School Series. The upper on this Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG pairs a black tumbled leather base with contrasting overlays in smooth Pollen yellow. Classic branding elements including Air Jordan Wings on the collar, Nike Air branding on the nylon tongue, and the signature Nike Swoosh complete the Air Jordan 1 Pollen.
