C ollectors gathered at Sotheby’s France this week for the opening of the much-anticipated Men’s Passions exhibition, which takes place from 18 to 20 January at the Galerie Charpentier in Paris. Guests sipped Ruinart champagne while enjoying highlights from the Bande Dessinée auction, which is taking place at Sotheby’s France on 21 January. There was also the opportunity to admire classic cars which are being sold by RM Sotheby’s on 8 February and exceptional luxury watches from the 25 April sale in London. As part of the event, Ruinart organised a masterclass, orchestrated by chef de cave Frédéric Païanotis, where guests were able to discover incredibly delicate aromas and to savour six of Ruinart’s finest, including Blanc de Blanc and Champagne Rosé.
