Renowned Hong Kong comic artist Jeffery Lau is best known for his original comic Feel 100%. Winner of numerous Hong Kong comic awards, the work was adapted into many films and television programs.

In 2008, his achievement was recognized when he won a Gold Award at the Second International Manga Award organized by Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, out of 368 other works from 46 countries and regions that were considered for this award. Devoted to the promotion of arts, culture and the creative industry, he is regularly invited by universities, professional and continuing education institutions, secondary as well as primary schools to give lectures and appear in exchange activities.

劉雲傑Jeffrey Lau，香港著名漫畫家。代表作為原創漫畫《Feel 100% 》（百分百感覺），被改編成多齣電影及電視劇，作品還多次獲得全港漫畫大選中的各大獎項。

2008年，作品更從來自46個國家和地區共368套參賽作品脫穎而出，獲漫畫強國日本外務省頒發第二屆「國際漫畫獎」最優秀獎，揚名海外。劉雲傑亦常被各大學、專業進修學院、中小院校邀請出席講座與交流活動，為推廣文化藝術與創意產業不遺餘力。
