IP YAN (PLASTIC THING) 葉欣 | PAPER PLASTIC THING 紙．板．娃娃

Inspired by classic paper dolls, the artist accentuates the distinctive printing texture through simple lines and bright colors. Assimilating the new into the old, the goddess matches modern make-up with retro-styling, turning herself into a paper doll in the 70s and 80s.

Graduated from the Academy of Visual Arts, Hong Kong Baptist University, Ip Yan is a multi-media artist. She is also the founder and administrator of Plastic Thing.

創作靈感源自經典的換衫紙公仔，以簡單線條及鮮艷色彩帶出兒時紙娃娃特有的印刷感覺，女神將現今的妝扮，配上懷舊造型，化身成香港七、八十年代流行的換衫紙公仔，併合出新舊融合的概念。

Plastic Thing的創始及主理人，畢業於香港浸會大學視覺藝術學系，現為全職多媒體創作人。
