The Hublot King Power Alinghi was unveiled in 2010 by Jean-Claude Biver, then CEO of Hublot, and Ernesto Bertarelli, the president of Alinghi.
The chronograph watch sported the colours of the Swiss Defender of the 33rd America's Cup. To celebrate the edition, this exclusive timepiece was made in 333 examples only.
This watch has an impressive microblasted black ceramic King Power case with a 48mm diameter, its crown and pushers are made of black PVD titanium.
The sapphire glass went through an anti-reflective treatment, while the hands and indexes use black SuperLuminova as luminescent material. The famous red Alinghi logo is present on the skeletonized dial at 9 o'clock.
This robust piece is powered by the automatic calibre HUB4400 comprises 252 components including carbon bridges, an oscillating rotor made of tungsten carbide and glucydur hairspring.
Finally, in order to meet extreme condition while remaining extremely comfortable, the bracelet is in black rubber and the clasp is in microblasted black ceramic and black PVD stainless steel.
Presented with its original Hublot warranty and case, this lot is a rare opportunity to add a very masculine piece to a collection
