folio (360 x 243mm.), title printed in red and black within a woodcut border and with woodcut printer's device, large woodcut portrait of Augustine on verso of title-page, woodcut initials, some early annotations, contemporary German stamped pigskin over wooden boards, inventory number 34 on paper spine label, a few deckle edges, upper board cracked, lacking all metalwork, a few wormholes in binding
