Illuminated manuscript in Latin on vellum. [France, 15th century (late)]

Single leaf, c.180×125mm; written in a fine bâtarde script with 20 lines per page (c.115×80mm), comprising the end of Terce and beginning of Sext in the Hours of the Virgin, with a square miniature (c.55×55mm) depicting the Magi presenting their gift to the Infant on his mother’s lap; accompanied by a panel border and illuminated initials; foliated ‘52’; somewhat smudged and worn
