Stiff card (42 x 76 mm) mounted on a leaf of an autograph book (120 x 190 mm), the book also signed by six United States presidents ("Woodrow Wilson, Washington, 14 Nov., 1917"; "Theodore Roosevelt, Sagamore Hill, Thanksgiving Day, 1917"; "Wm. H Taft, July 7th 1918—New Haven, Conn."; "With best wishes, Calvin Coolidge, 1924"; "U. S. Grant" [clipped signature on a mounted card]; "Grover Cleveland" [on a mounted letter signed, 30 July 1884, to Samuel H. Rice]) and by other notables, including Thomas A. Edison, Benito Mussolini, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow (on a mounted card), Salvador Dali (on a card artlessly taped in), Jane Addams, and others; the signatures evidently collected by Virginia Harold, who has signed the front free endpaper. Limp green calf gilt.
