One page (234 x 183 mm), [Boston], 10 August 1790, countersigned by the Secretary of the Commonwealth ("John Avery junr Secretary") and with the embossed paper seal of Massachusetts affixed; some light staining and soling, some minor chipping, tears, and repair to margins and folds, a couple of small spots of ink erosion.
