comprising five plates published by William Miller after paintings by Henry Salt (1780-1827) from Twenty Views Taken in St. Helena, the Cape, India, Ceylon, Abyssinia and Egypt, London, 1809, titled 'A view within the Fort of Monghyr', 'Calcutta', 'A view at Lucknow', 'Pagodas at Trinchicunum' and 'Mosque at Lucknow'; and a further three plates by Thomas Daniell (1749-1840) and William Daniell (1769-1837) from Oriental Scenery, London, 1795-1808, titled 'Pagoda Trichinopoly' (1797), 'The Armenian Bridge near St. Thomas's Mount, Madras' (1798) and 'View taken near the City of Sirinagur' (1805), mounted in glazed gitlwood frames
