First edition, number 31 of 60 copies signed by the editor. Half-title, frontispiece portrait, woodcut publisher's device to title. Original full red cloth, paper label to spine; wear to head and tail of spine, chips to label, small sticker to rear pastedown. — Leaves of Grass. [Grabhorn Press for] New York: Random House, 1930. Folio (368 x 250 mm). Copy 129 of 400. Title printed in red and black, woodcut illustrations by Valenti Angelo. Original morocco-backed boards, spine with raised bands in six compartments, second compartment lettered in blind; bands and hinges rubbed with some exposure, bump to right corner of front board, edges toned.
