EIGHT AMERICAN SILVER TEASPOONS AND A CONDIMENT SPOON, John A. Shaw, Newport, Rhode Island, Circa 1805-15


Comprising six with coffin ends and incised pointed arched drops, bright-cut terminals without initials and two teaspoons with oval ends and incised pointed arched drops, the terminals engraved with the monogram B.S.S within bright-cut decoration, the condiment spoon with coffin end and engraved with monogram S.G.S., marked on back of stems near terminals I.A. Shaw in serrated rectangle.
