the one nielloed with an interlacing geometric design and a topographical view in a roundel, with a glass insert, the second of trompe l'oeil design as a cabin with ornamental appliqués and female and male figures seated at windows on opposite sides, the front door engraved with the cypher MO and dated 1890, each struck to the base with maker's initials, both 84 standard
