Designed as an openwork heart motif brooch set with old European- and single-cut diamonds, surmounted by a pear-shaped ruby and diamond surrounded by single-cut diamonds, the center suspending an oval-shaped spinel and an old European-cut diamond, on a detachable sautoir chain set with old European-cut diamonds.
