The 2012 Somerston Cabernet Sauvignon was the fifth release of this wine and is intended to be a collector's wine. Somerston wines showcase the property's potential and are selected from specific blocks of our 1,682-acre estate, high in the eastern hills of Napa Valley.

This estate-bottled wine was sourced from two of our best hillside vineyard blocks, Block 30 and Block 23, with an average elevation of 1,250 feet. The aromas of our 2012 vintage are bright and explosive, yet continue to develop in the glass. This wine is exceptionally balanced and has excellent structure, supported by bright acidity.
