4to (204 x 135mm.), 113 leaves (of 114, without initial blank), [a] b-n⁸ o¹⁰, 33 lines, gothic type, printed in red and black, printed music on 4-line red staves, woodcut initials and initial spaces, woodcut printer's device at end, modern calf tooled in period style, slipcase, marginal paper repairs to first quire and a few other leaves, k2-3 and 6-7 transposed

This is now considered the first Seville printing to contain music (an antiphonal and gradual for the Hieronymite Order, previously assigned to Seville 1491, is now thought to have been printed later). The words for the music have been assigned to each side of the bar lines, and a double bar line indicates the change from cantor to chorus and vice versa. The publication was commissioned by the Dominican Order; early in the twentieth century a cache of around 100 copies was discovered in a Dominican house.
