4to (196 x 140mm.), 10ff., woodcut illustrations, early twentieth-century vellum with gilt arms of Victor Masséna, red morocco lettering-piece, gilt edges, slightly browned
Castellani (1461-1519), a secular priest and canon lawyer from Florence, was the author of numerous rappresentazioni and popular religious works. The imprint "Alla loggia del Papa" was used by Luca Bonetti and other Sienese printers in the 1580s.
