款識：巖壁千尋被雪光，山雲著眼白茫茫。十年熱惱銷無力，每欲移家住此鄉。南中多佳山水，而苦無盛雪，北來多雪，而西山又無勝狀足言。此幀寫吾鄉武夷隱屏，狀以雪景，特臆造此境而已。子通六兄大人嗜余畫，寫此寄之，即乞指政，林紓並識。
