Description
4 ¾ x 4 ⅞ x 11 ¾ in. Led Zeppelin “The Object” obelisk-shaped statue made of gypsum cement. Featured in the artwork of Zeppelin’s 1976 album Presence and created as a promotional item in an edition of 1000; individually numbered. The present is #199/1000.
"The Object" was designed by George Hardie and Hipgnosis, a design company that worked with many British acts. It supposedly represented the band's power and mystery.
