Released just 6 years after its founding, the Richard Mille RM 016 symbolizes a sharp deviation from the brand’s now iconic tonneau-shaped design. Coming at a case thickness of just 8.25 mm, the three piece case design requires 202 separate machining operations, staying true to Richard Mille’s reputation of challenging the boundaries of technical innovation.

Housed inside is the calibre RMAS7, the first movement ever to feature Titalyt coated titanium components that later on came to be standard in all Richard Mille models. Combined with the technical innovation of its revolutionary case design and the materialistic elegance of its white gold case, the present lot transforms into a timepiece that transcends the realm of luxury and sophistication.
