The Rolex Submariner 16613, produced from 1988 to 2010, perfectly balanced rugged utility with refined luxury, marking an important era in the Submariner’s history. Its signature two‑tone “Rolesor” construction, combining 904L stainless steel with 18k yellow gold, added sophistication to the professional diver’s watch.
But what makes the present example special is the Khanjar stamp on the case back. The Sultan Qaboos of Oman was known for his passion in horology. He had a habit of gifting wristwatches to friends and subjects. Due to the rarity and historic value, Rolex wristwatches that come with a Khanjar stamp are often much more sought after by collectors.
