10 volumes of Kant's works edited by Ernst Cassirer, and an additional volume of Cassirer's Kants Leben und Lehre, 8vo (232 x 156mm), contemporary tan half morocco, gilt spines with lettering pieces, spines discoloured, some marks to boards, extremities rubbed and bumped.
Ernst Cassirer (1874-1945) was a German philosopher often associated with neo-Kantian thought. His work Kants Leben und Lehre was published specifically as an addition to this collection, which features all of Kant's published works, including his letters and other writings.
