shape number 2443, decorated by Alboin Birks, incised signature ABirks, decorated in white slip with a maiden holding a quiver of arrows teaching a cupid to shoot an arrow, the reverse with a medallion hanging from a ribbon showing a heart pierced with two arrows, the shoulder with a foliate wreath in raised gilding, crowned globe MINTONS marks in gold, impressed MINTONS mark.
