8vo (165 x 100mm.), parallel text in Greek and Latin (and Hebrew), woodcut initials, manuscript text on a4v with a Latin translation of the (missing) first page of Greek text, modern green calf tooled in plateresque style in gilt and black by Jesus Cortes of Madrid, lacking 3 text leaves ([2]a1, c1 & 8) and blank Mm8
The final four leaves contain Aldus's short introduction to Hebrew grammar.
