He travelled the globe, seeking out the world’s best gems and earning the trust and respect of a host of gem collectors. Harry Winston was also the first brand to provide jewellery for the VIPs at the Academy Awards ceremony, launching the grand tradition of red-carpet jewellery and leaving the brand’s mark on Hollywood’s glorious history. This season’s auction features a host of Harry Winston jewels that reflect the brand’s signatures: Kashmir sapphires, Colombian emeralds, and D flawless diamonds weighing more than 10 carats. All of these beautiful pieces are collection-grade. The brand’s unique clustering technique is a hallmark of American jewellery and one of the most recognizable Harry Winston designs. Lots 1849, 1850, 1857, and 1858 feature diamonds in exquisitely crafted, nearly invisible settings. The diamonds seem suspended in mid-air, creating gorgeous dimension and brilliant radiance from all angles.
