Condition

Overall in very good condition. The patina to the metal is variegated throughout, as inherent to the design and intended by the artist. The surfaces present with a few very minor scattered instances of adhesive and white paint residue throughout. The glue adhering the wires to the chandelier with some minor wear. One of the arms has been sensitively restored where the branch attaches to the central mount. When viewed in person, the dynamic ceiling light presents with an intricate decoration and very naturalistic composition that encapsulates Claude Lalanne's vision.
