Catalogue Note

The radiant colours from the intense light of the mountains have always been a key theme for Giovanni Giacometti.
The dark interior is warmly lit by a summery sunshine that penetrates through the small kitchen window of Casa Grande. The objects on the table glow in colourful shades and the varnished jar reflects the light in a fascinating manner.

The authenticity of this work is certified verso, handwritten by Bruno Giacometti.
