Overall measurements; 98cm across the top, 94cm across the bottom, 127cm the left hand side, 128cm the right hand side.
Image upside down in the photograph.
There are tea-coloured stains in areas, for example top of both ends, and in one inner border, all visible in the photograph. In reality crisper and more defined in appearance. Some minor losses to stitching, commensurate with technique. Panel edged on four sides with later striped damask. Not lined. Very pretty and reminiscent of inlaid marble panels used in architecture. Comprised of two joined vertical panels, with the narrow panel including a border and small section of the main field and border, this does not detract from the overall appearance.
