the shaped square base with gadrooned borders, on foliate paw feet, the spigot in the form of a dolphin with a cast foliate handle, the baluster-form body with applied foliate form band and gadrooned rim, two cast foliate handles with female mask terminals, the domed cover with bud form finial, the interior fitted with a cylindrical heater, the front engraved with a wreath enclosing later script monogram and flanked by later dates 1881 and 1885
marked on base and underside of cover Rockwell in rectangle and with pseudo English hallmarks
