One engraved mapsheet only (of 6), being the middle left, or Central American, sheet (19 1/8 x 27 3/4 in.; 485 x 682 mm), engraved by Hieronymus Cock, partially handcolored in outline, decorative elements (sea monster, ships under sail, volcano) colored in full; some light marginal staining, wrinkling, and repair, minor repair and one tiny wormhole at central vertical crease. Handsomely framed and double-glazed with UVIII Plexiglass.
