Château d'Yquem 1996 Sauternes, 1er Grand Cru ClasséIn 2019, this is an absolute knock-out for its glorious, creamy elegance, with both floral and citrus notes and fabulous freshness and silkiness. The balance is perfect, not the most enormous Yquem, but breathtakingly beautiful - my kind of Yquem.
