Frodsham, London, 05835 Movement: jewelled, gilt ¾ plate, lever escapement, bi-metallic balance, signed Frodsham, Strand, London, No. 05853  Case: 18ct gold, engine-turned, blue enamel Roman chapter ring to the front, monogrammed cartouche to the back, London Hallmark for 1879, stamped HMF for Harrison Mill Frodsham, numbered 05853 Dimensions: 39mm diameter 

Condition

DIAL: the dial is in good order with no cracks or areas of damage CASE: the case engraving remains crisp and the enamel remains in good order with no losses. There is a shallow dent towards the hinge on the back of the watch. Monogram to the back 'MB'. MOVEMENT: the watch runs when wound at the time of cataloguing but is untested for timekeeping  Please note that the movement has not been tested for the accuracy of its timekeeping.
