The reference 1590 is a particularly interesting vintage timepiece. Firstly, it has a generous 35mm case diameter making it oversized for that period and a fitting size by today's standards. Furthermore, the stepped drop lugs add a unique character to the watch. The reference 1590 was produced during six years only, between 1944 and 1950. Until today, less than twenty examples in yellow gold have been offered at auction.
