8vo (230 x 160mm.), copy no. 64 from a limited edition of 450 copies, one of 60 on japon with an extra suite of black-and-white plates and illustrations (bound at end), each page within a decorative border, colour plates and illustrations by Etienne Dinet, contemporary burgundy crushed morocco gilt by Canape dated 1913, covers tooled and gilt with inlays, matching marbled slipcase, original printed wrappers bound in, extremities very slightly rubbed
