Dom Pérignon 1996 Intense, piercing, rich winey nose. It almost smells Burgundian! Great honied flavour with winey length. Orange zest finish. Great verve and gravitas, combining the two 1996 characteristics of high sugar and high acidity. Last tasted from magnum and it had real toasty depth.
