This Danish artist stayed in Algeria, most probably in 1839 or 1840. A View of Algiers painted in 1840 is kept at the National Museum of Stockholm. A View of the Port of Algiers painted in Munich and dated 1843 was sold at Sotheby's London in April 2015.
