Condition
To the naked eye: The painting seems to be in a good overall condition. It has been relined and the canvas is well stretched. The painting is a former oval converted into a rectangle. Restorations are visible in the junctions, on the corners. Under UV light: Restorations are visible, but the thick varnish prevents a more extensive reading.
