Extended Description and Condition: Comprising of a glazed linen chintz curtain in the 'Chinese Pheasant' design, probably 20th century, after an 18th and 19th century design (approximately 372cm by 117cm) with muslin lining on reverse, hooks attached to the top for hanging purposes, one join towards the right and marked fold lines, scroll pattern on the left, surface marks and stains along the inside edge with darker surface stains on the left side being more noticeable; another chintz curtain (approximately 378cm by 117cm) with muslin lining on reverse, hooks attached to the top for hanging purposes, one join towards the left with marked fold lines and crinkling on the right hand edge, scroll pattern on the right but the pattern does not cross the join, surface speckles and staining on the bottom left and a darker stain on the top left, and staining on reverse as well; another chintz curtain (approximately 374cm by 120cm) with muslin lining on reverse, hooks attached to the top for hanging purposes, one join towards the left and marked fold lines, scroll pattern on the right, surface discolouration on both outer edges and in a strip left of the centre up the whole length; another chintz curtain (approximately 373cm by 118cm) with muslin lining on reverse, hooks attached to the top for hanging purposes, one join towards the left with the widest panel measuring approximately 80cm in width, scroll pattern on the left, marked fold lines and visible crimping and staining on the right and left edges, and overall quite fading in colour, (would benefit from a light cleaning); a dark forest green silk damask curtain, European, probably 18th century (approximately 308cm by 163 cm), composed of three panels (two joins) with hooks across the top for hanging purposes, ribbon running along the outer edges and the bottom, no lining on reverse, very dusty along the top, bottom bowed and 23cm turned up, and splits and consolidation stiches along the length of the rightmost panel, along the bottom of the second panel and across the join between panel 2 and 3 (just beneath the top edge); together with a matching curtain, European, probably 18th century (approximately 308cm by 162 cm), composed of three panels (two joins) with hooks across the top for hanging purposes, ribbon running along the outer edges and the bottom, no lining on reverse, very dusty along the top, bottom bowed and 23cm turned up, extra panel (approximately 124cm by 53cm)inset in reverse on the bottom left, with some paint smudges; a sage green silk damask curtain, European, 20th century (approximately 370cm by 175cm) in a in a foliate design, with hooks attached to the top for hanging purposes, not lined on the reverse, one join towards the right with fading along the length due to sun exposure along the join and on the right edge; another sage green curtain
