Condition
In general these pastels have survived well. Portrait of Robert Vansittart: There is mould mainly attached to the glass, but occassionally on the surface. Portrait of Arthur Vansittart: There is mould mainly attached to the glass, but occassionally on the surface. To the left of the sitter there is an area where the pigment has thinned. Portrait of a young boy: There are small crackes in the paper and paper losses. Along the upper edge of the sheet there is a small stain to the paper.
