Claw-set with three oval rubies within a frame pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds within two platinum leaves, size 551/2, signed Monture Cartier and numbered, French assay mark for platinum (950°/00) and 18K gold (750°/00), gross weight 10.15 grams.  

Signed Monture Cartier, partially numbered N**85, French assay mark for 18 carat gold (750°/00) and platinum (950°/00). Rubies medium-dark purplish red, transparent, with typical inclusions visible to the naked eye,some reaching the surface, some areas of wear and scratches to facet edges. Rubies measuring respectively approximately 5.9 x 5.6 x 3.7mm, 7.5 x 5.7 x 3.5mm and 5.9 x 5.6 x 3.4mm, estimated total ruby weight approximately 2.00 - 3.00 carats. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.00 - 2.50 carats. Some scratches to surfaces consistent with age and wear, overall in good condition. Gross weight approximately 10.15 grams.
