Of giardinetto design, set with single-, circular-cut, trapezoid and baguette diamonds, the flowers and leaves set with cabochon and carved rubies, sapphires and emeralds, French import assay marks for platinum (950°/00) and 18 carat gold (750°/00), gross weight approximately 11.18 grams, later brooch fitting.
Condition
Some inclusions surface-reaching, some areas of minor chipping and wear to facet edges, the top carved emerald leaf broken but held stable by the setting. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.50 - 2.00 carats. Scratches to metal consistent with wear. Later brooch fitting closing securely, with some discoloration to metal. Overall dimensions approximately 46 x 22mm, gross weight approximately 11.18 grams.
