Condition

Unexamined out of frame. The structure appears to be sound and the projective form is securely adhered. There are some very minor nicks to the extreme edges of the central panel. There is a small fleck of loss on the upper edge of the projective form, there is also some craquelure at its base. There is a pinhead towards the upper centre of the panel. There is some surface dirt throughout. There are a few scuffs to the panel in the upper right quadrant. There is also some studio matter, accretions and a few spots of staining. The board projects from a backing board which appears to be in good condition. This excepting the work appears to be in very good overall condition. Inspection under ultra violet light reveals fluorescence in keeping with the Artist's working methods and intentions. The work is held within a large box frame and behind glass.
